About the activity
Romany art workshop z. s. subscribes to social enterprise principles. It combines economic activity with a social purpose, support for people facing barriers to employment and regional development.
Its declared principles include employee support, transparency, participation in decision-making and reinvestment of profit in the enterprise or its social mission.
It emphasises environmentally responsible operations, local suppliers and cooperation with institutions. The original website declares a share of over 30% disadvantaged employees, at least 51% of profit reinvested and at least 30% of revenue from its own sales. These are the association’s published principles.
