About the activity
Roma Leaders Liberecko supports active young and adult Roma leaders. It creates space for people who want to develop their skills and contribute to positive change in their communities.
Workshops and mentoring develop communication, public speaking, team leadership and the organisation of cultural and educational events. Participants also gain experience through their own initiatives.
The programme strengthens links with schools, institutions and local initiatives. Its purpose is to encourage active community participation across the region.
